I think what Saul Williams and Trent Reznor are doing is great. Also they created a widget to help promote the album, and I just wanted to help spread the word.
Look What You Have Done Radiohead
October 29, 2007 | 1 Comment

Radiohead look what you have done. You are killing the Music Industry. Haven’t these guys suffered enough. The industry is trying to make a honest living by giving people fairly price quality music on CDs (the greatest invention since slice bread).
Now Saul Williams and Trent Reznor are following your idea of letting people pay what they want for music. This must stop. The music executives can’t even afford their fourth house in the Hamptons or even get their second private jet. Soon they will be applying for food stamps and eating government cheese (the horror).
Saul haven’t you done enough. You put Oprah in her place. She is the voice of the hip hop nation. Your new album is called “The Inevitable Rise And Liberation Of NiggyTardust!” What is with that name? That is way too original and it makes me think. And you Trent Reznor telling people to steal your music. What is wrong with you? The industry finally got some justice by suing an evil single mom for $220,000 for sharing 24 songs. How far can $220,000 take them? However, there is hope in the industry’s new product the ringle. This will be their savior and people like Saul and Trent will get what they deserve.
Then someone on the piratebay leaks one of your tracks. I think the person who leaked it had the same name as you Reznor. Come on you got to stop this. I can’t keep discovering new music forever. I need to be force fed by the industry and be told what is hot. I’ll show you by paying you money for your album instead of stealing it. Hah! Who’s got the last laugh now?
Saul Williams - Break
More bad news for the music industry: Lessons Vary From Radiohead Experiment
The majors have been increasingly left out, watching several big names find new ways of selling their music. Nine Inch Nails now plans to operate independently of a major label. Madonna signed a recording and touring deal believed to be worth up to $120 million with concert promoter Live Nation Inc. A leaked internal e-mail from EMI chairman Guy Hands called Radiohead’s release “a wake-up call which we should all welcome and respond to with creativity and energy.”

About damn time. Erykah Badu is about to drop a new release early 2008 entitled Kahba. First single should be dropping sometime next month.
